The hotel's location was convenient, close to the bus stop for easy access to the city, but the service provided by the staff was very disappointing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although there was a consistent smell of cigarettes throughout my stay. Despite the negatives, the proximity to the city bus line was a plus point, making it easy to get around.

Upon arrival, I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, though the room smelled like cigarettes maybe due to neighboring guests not following the non-smoking rule. Despite the room being overly hot even with the AC on, the location was convenient for my weekend plans.

The room I stayed in was not fully prepared when I was handed the keys, but overall it was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, one room was out of order due to flooding, with a peculiar smell and unusual stains, not meeting our expectations. We wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The service was a mix of pleasant and rude experiences. While in person the staff was friendly, they were rude on the phone and disrespectful in handling issues. We faced several problems, including unauthorized charges and being locked out of our room until we paid in cash. Eventually, we were asked to leave the property.
